1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using Solazis AI, you agree to these Terms. You must be legally able to enter into a contract and must use Solazis for a business or marketplace account you are authorised to operate.
2. What Solazis provides
Solazis provides decision-support tools for marketplace sellers, including AI-assisted listing preparation, profit and shipping analysis, and product-trend research. Current marketplace-specific workflows support Meesho. References to Flipkart, Amazon, Etsy, or other marketplaces describe roadmap direction only unless Solazis expressly marks an integration as available.
Solazis is not a marketplace, accounting firm, tax adviser, law firm, or guaranteed source of sales. Rankings, generated copy, fee calculations, and research results may be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed before you rely on them.
3. Your account and business data
You must provide accurate registration information, protect your password and extension token, and promptly revoke credentials you no longer control. One account may contain several businesses; you are responsible for selecting the correct business before adding, importing, or acting on data.
4. Marketplace access and seller control
The Solazis browser extension works with pages you open while signed in to your own marketplace session. Solazis does not ask for or store your Meesho password. You remain responsible for your marketplace account, compliance details, prices, product claims, tax treatment, and final submission. Solazis does not auto-publish listings.
5. AI-generated and estimated material
AI outputs may suggest titles, descriptions, attributes, images, or research interpretations. Solazis attempts to distinguish observed facts, seller-confirmed facts, and estimates, but you must check every output for accuracy, rights clearance, and marketplace-policy compliance. Do not use generated material to make false product, brand, origin, composition, health, or performance claims.
6. Your content and permitted processing
You retain ownership of product photos, business information, reports, and other material you submit. You give Solazis a limited permission to host, copy, transform, and send the relevant material to service providers only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have the right to provide that material.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Solazis to break the law, infringe rights, deceive buyers, distribute malware, probe other accounts, bypass marketplace safeguards, overload the service, resell access without permission, or conduct automated collection that violates a marketplace's terms. Browser-assisted research must remain tied to pages and sessions you are authorised to use.
8. Third-party services
Solazis depends on services including Supabase, OpenAI, and marketplace websites. Those services have their own terms and may change or become unavailable. Solazis is independent from Meesho and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Meesho.
9. Fees and paid plans
Current signup messaging may allow free access while the product is being prepared for launch. Before any paid plan is offered, Solazis must publish the applicable price, billing cycle, taxes, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms. No pricing term should be inferred from this draft.
10. Availability, suspension, and termination
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, security incidents, or product changes. Access may be limited or suspended where reasonably necessary to protect users, data, marketplaces, or the service. You may request account deletion or data export through the account controls or published support contact once available.
11. Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Solazis is provided “as is” and without a promise that outputs will be error-free, continuously available, or commercially successful. A legally reviewed version must set an appropriate liability cap and exclusions before paid public use; this draft does not attempt to invent those terms.
12. Changes, contact, and governing law
Material changes should be communicated through the product or registered email, with an updated effective date. A monitored support email, legal entity name and address, dispute process, and governing law must be inserted after founder and legal review and before public launch.
